In the past, I always prepared a potato soup in such a way that I boiled raw potatoes, which were then minced with a hand blender so as to achieve a certain amount of creaminess with the potato starch.

But somehow this soup had the side effect that she always scratched something in her throat while eating. What we did not like so much. That's when I remembered how my potato soup was prepared before the hand blender era. It tastes super creamy, is delicious and is a dish that is fast on the table.

Recipe for 2 persons:

ingredients

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes
  • Some smoked bacon
  • onion
  • Salt, pepper, soup spice, and herbs to taste
  • possibly 1 tablespoon full of dried porcini mushrooms
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of flour
  • water
  • Some cream

preparation

  1. Slice the bacon, dice and fry in the pan and fry.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and add. Add flour and fry.
  3. Pour with cold water and let cook.
  4. The diced potatoes, as well as the spices.
  5. Approximately Cook for 10 minutes and you're done with a tasty soup, which is also a delicious main course with roasted bread cubes.

This potato soup tastes almost better the next day and is great for freezing.
