Crepes - easy, fast and delicious

I have a great recipe for crepes, without scales and measuring cups!

You simply take a cup of flour per person (normal coffee cup) and an egg. Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar. The whole is stirred with milk until the dough has a thin consistency.

Then add a few drops of oil to a coated pan and heat it to the highest level. Now add the dough (if the pan is hot enough!) To the pan with a ladle, but not too much! After that, the pan is still panned, so that the dough is distributed in it and the Crépes are also thin. After the first crepe you can see if the dough had the right consistency. Otherwise, add some flour or milk.

The finished crepes can then be spread with Nutella, jam or cream cheese, or you can already put it in the pan with a few stiff cheese, which you can then run short.
