ingredients
- about 600 g flour type 405
- 200 g of margarine
- about 170 g of finely grated Gouda
- 2 whole eggs
- about 2 tablespoons cream

- some cream

preparation
- Knead a smooth yeast dough from the ingredients and continue processing, it does not need to go.
- Rip dough, cut thin strips, size as desired.
- Brush with a mixture of 1 yolk and a little cream and sprinkle with cumin, sesame etc., depending on your taste.
