Crispy schnitzel with cornflake bread
This schnitzel is the ultimate crispy experience!
In a freezer bag, crumble about 4 tablespoons (amount for 2 schnitzels) cornflakes with your hands. Salt and pepper the schnitzels to taste.
In a cup, add one serving of cream cheese (round cardboard box) and 2 teaspoons of liquid cream and heat for about 20 seconds in the microwave, then stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Now IMMEDIATELY place the cheese-milk mixture on a flat plate and turn the schnitzel in it, then crumble it into the cornflakes - put on a second plate - until everything is evenly covered. Do not fry too hot as usual with a little oil.
