Crumb cake with apple filling

Ingredients: 250g margarine 200g sugar 1 vanilla sugar 1 egg 500g flour 1 baking powder Ingredients / apple filling: 1-2kg sour apples 1 tablespoon water approx. 100g sugar a little cinnamon possibly raisins (maybe add some rum - who likes it) Preparation: margarine, eggs Stir frothy sugar and vanilla sugar, add the flour sifted with baking powder to form a crumbly mass. Place 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, then cool the remaining crumble dough. Peel the apples for the apple filling, chop them and simmer in a little water, season to taste with sugar and cinnamon - if necessary, add raisins (leave that off) - allow to cool slightly. Then pour the mixture onto the baking tray and sprinkle over the remaining crumb mass. Baking time: about 30 minutes at about 180 degrees (watch baking time, each stove is different). Variation: I've already tried the cake in a Springform (28 cm) - that worked well - was only slightly higher!
