Currant cake

Ingredients:

100 g of sugar
3 eggs
100 g of butter
50 g of ground almonds
150 g of flour, mixed with 1 packet of baking powder
6 tablespoons milk
200 g of redcurrants

Mix the ingredients together, stir in the currants and bake in a greased springform pan at 175-200 degrees for about 25 minutes. "Toothpick"
The cake gets even looser when you separate the eggs and lower the egg whites afterwards.

After cooling, dust with icing sugar.
