ingredients

  • 150 g of onions
  • 1 tablespoon of oil salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 l vegetable broth (instant)
  • 250 g cream herbs at will (I always take oregano)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (alternatively lemon juice)

preparation

  1. Dice onions roughly.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions (depending on the desired degree of browning).
  3. Add curry and flour, sauté.
  4. Deglaze with broth and cream. 5. Add herbs, stew for about 5 minutes (simmer gently).
  5. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  6. Finished! It is also possible to fry minced meat before adding onions and serve with noodles or rice.
