ingredients
- 150 g of onions
- 1 tablespoon of oil salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp curry
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 l vegetable broth (instant)
- 250 g cream herbs at will (I always take oregano)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (alternatively lemon juice)
preparation
- Dice onions roughly.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions (depending on the desired degree of browning).
- Add curry and flour, sauté.
- Deglaze with broth and cream. 5. Add herbs, stew for about 5 minutes (simmer gently).
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lime juice.
- Finished! It is also possible to fry minced meat before adding onions and serve with noodles or rice.
