Curtain tiebacks without drilling and free

Do you also know the peppermint cans and candy tin boxes for your pocket?

With that you can gather nice curtains. Take a thin ribbon (pearl necklace with me), take hold of the curtain and clamp both ends in the desired length between can and lid. Press firmly.

Press a piece of carpet tape or strong double-sided tape onto the back of the can and then off to the wall with it. If that is too uncertain (or with rough-hued wallpaper), you can also fix the lower part of the box with a tiny little ornamental nail).

Now the lid of the mini tin aufhübschen (glued with foil, paint with nail polish, etc.) and finished is your unique piece of tieback. You can open the lid again and again when the curtains are washed or redecorated.

I stuck my lids with hologram foil from the craft shop and the string of pearls was lying in the closet forever.
