Cut chili con carne instead of minced meat

For most recipes for chilli con carne minced meat is given. But since my husband has not much left for this, I cut the meat to about 1 cm pieces. Only beef or mixed with pork, depending on your taste.

Of the meat one should take such, with which one cooks otherwise goulash. That tastes a lot better in any case. So try it, it's really worth the effort. Otherwise, you can add everything you are used to. Good Appetite!
