Cut lettuce hearts
Attention, works especially with small salads such as chicory.
As a passionate salad eater, I was always annoyed that the salad never really cut fast. Either the leaves were completely disassembled after I had cut the stem, and plucking, then cutting them, was too much trouble for me. Just leave Strunk was no solution.
