Cut roses without being stung
Gloves while cutting roses only partially help - some thorns are also boring through thick material.
I always do it the way you can see it in the picture:
The left hand holds the clothespin and pulls the rose that is in the way, to the side. Now you have a free hand with your right hand to cut roses or old twigs withered away with the rose scissors.
No more scratches from thorns - without gloves.
Our garden neighbor is a gardener by profession and looked at first skeptical, then appreciative and said: smart, smart!
