Daddy's favorite dessert

ingredients for 4 persons

2 tablespoons Assam tea
500 ml of milk
1 packet of chocolate pudding for cooking
8 tbsp sugar
6 tablespoons rum
1 glass of sour cherries
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp Mondamine
125 ml of cream

Boil 400 ml of milk, add the tea and leave for 3 minutes. Pour the milk through a sieve and bring to a boil again. Pour the custard powder with the remaining milk, the rum and 3 tablespoons of sugar, pour into the milk and bring to a boil. Drain the cherries and stir the juice with 5 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and lunar amine, bring to a boil. Stir in the cherries. Layer compote and pudding in glasses and chill. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
