Dandelion jam
ingredients
- 500 g (three handful) of dandelion flowers fresh and flowered
- 1 lemon
- 500 ml of water
- 1 bag of gelatin sugar, ratio 1: 3 or 1: 2
preparation
- Remove the clean but not washed yellow petals of the dandelion from the green basket and place in the sun for about an hour.
- Pour the petals with the water and add the sap of the squeezed lemon.
- Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about ten minutes.
- Cover the mass covered overnight and chop the next day with a blender.
- Then add the gelling sugar, cook for about four minutes and then pour into clean, hot glasses.
