Dandelion Jelly

- Dandelion flowers
- lemon
- Gelierzucker

This is how it's done:
- Collect dandelion flowers when it is dry outside - from the meadow, not from the roadside - best are very young flowers.
The other details refer to 100 g dandelion flowers (dry weight):
- Water dandelion flowers in the sieve and then bring to the boil.
- Then let rest overnight.
- Then sieve (durchseien), fill with water to 500 ml, add the juice of a lemon and boil everything together with 500 g of gelatin sugar for at least 4 minutes.
- Then pour into hot rinsed glasses and immediately close the lid.
- Is also great as a gift (instead of flowers, for example).
