Decorative chestnut candle wreath

The chestnut candle wreath is a beautiful fall decoration for the table, very easy to do and free!

The wreath I made in just 30 minutes and he looks really good. The nice thing is, it is completely free (if you do not count the one hot glue cartridge).

Is needed

  • scissors
  • 1 piece of cardboard
  • Circle (or a round bowl) to measure for the circle
  • hot glue
  • chestnuts
  • maybe some dry moss for the interstices

This is how it's done

  1. Use the circle to paint a round circle on the cardboard, (you can also use a round bowl for that). Now in the circle a small circle is painted in the middle (as big as the candle).
  2. Cut the circle carefully as well as the smaller one in the middle, so that later the candle can be put into it.
  3. Thoroughly clean and dry the chestnuts. But leave the candle in a circle, so that you do not accidentally stick it too far, otherwise the candle would not fit in the end.
  4. Now it's time to glue it on, preferably from the center to the outside.
  5. When that's done, you can just put a bit of moss in it wherever you can see cardboard, even small pine cones get in the way.

Have fun!
