Delicate beef steaks
FINALLY! After years of beef curse on me, I finally found the ever-working tip that makes my beef steaks tender. And I do not even take the super-dry-aged beef.
The puzzle solution is papaya kernels. Buy a ripe papaya or let it ripen. Take the kernels out and let them dry on kitchen paper. Put it in a small storage jar.
If necessary, you take some grains, which you anyway in their home for seasoning, grinds them easily - it can still be whole grains there - and crushed them in good oil in a sufficiently large bowl.
In it you use your steaks at least 2 hours before frying or grilling. Press the kernels into the flesh. Keep the bowl open at room temperature for as long as possible. No more in the fridge.
Good Appetite!
