Delicious airy marble cake
Ingredients for the airy marble cake:
- 180 g of margarine
- 180 g of sugar
- 2 p. Vanilla sugar or 5 teaspoons of home-made
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 75 g of cornstarch
- 1 P. baking powder
- 150 ml of milk
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa
- Dissolve 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee in some milk
Preparation:
Margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar with the eggs until frothy. Add the flour, starch and baking powder and mix with the milk alternately.
Divide the dough in half, place one half in a Guglhupf dish. In the second half add the cocoa and the coffee, place it over the light dough in the form and fold it in spirally with a fork.
Circulating air in the oven for about 50 - 55 minutes at 170 ° Celsius.
