Delicious cake for summer cakes without baking

Cake bottoms without baking, e.g. from biscuit crumbs, almost everyone knows. It tastes delicious and even spicier if you take Russian bread instead of biscuit or spoon biscuit.

Ingredients and preparation

200 g of Russian bread in a freezer bag with rolling pin to make crumbs.

Mix with 125 g of melted butter, squeeze into a springform pan with a spoon and chill for approx. 30 minutes.

Finish with quark / yoghurt / gelatine / fruit mixture.
