Delicious chocolate red wine cake

This chocolate red wine cake is made quickly and tastes really delicious.
ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 125 ml of red wine
- 300 g of butter
- 300 g of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 150 g of grated chocolate
- maybe some almonds leaves
preparation
- Mix the flour with vanilla sugar, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar with the butter and eggs.
- Now alternately add the red wine and the flour mixture in the sugar mixture and stir until creamy.
- Then fold in the grated chocolate with a spoon.
- Grease the cake tin and if you want, you can sprinkle the shape with a few almonds, then fill in the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 - 55 minutes.
