Delicious crispy zucchini chips

These delicious zucchini chips are a low calorie healthy snack (low carb suitable), as well as very easy and quick to prepare.
ingredients
- 1 - 2 thicker zucchini (quantity according to own needs)
- olive oil
- Brush, cucumber slicer, kitchen paper
- Plate (microwaveable)
- Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder ... to taste
preparation
Step 1: Slice the zucchini
Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice with a cucumber slicer
Step 2: Take in the moisture of the zucchini
Lay the slices on kitchen paper, cover with another cloth and lightly press to absorb the moisture
Step 3: Prepare zucchini slices
Lightly coat the plate with olive oil, place the slices on top and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with the spices according to taste. Eg garlic or / and paprika powder, salt, pepper, oregano etc.
Step 4: Bake the zucchini slices in the microwave
Put in the microwave at the highest setting for 4 - 6 minutes, possibly extend for a few seconds, in between check to see if the slices are already crispy and brown.
The zucchini chips taste delicious, are healthy and low in calories. You can enjoy it lukewarm or cold.
They also taste great with zaziki or other dips.
