Delicious Currywurst
Recipe for currywurst sauce for around 40 curried sausages
ingredients

- 1 glass of prunes
- 1 liter of cola
- 1 glass of fine applesauce
- 2 cans of passed tomatoes
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup 500 ml
- curry powder
- about 5 tablespoons Worcester Sauce sauce
- Salt pepper
- maybe some tomato paste
- maybe some water
Currywurst
- 40 sausages
- variously hot curry powder
preparation

- Drain the plums and then simmer them together with the coke in a pot for about 1 hour, making sure that it does not burn, stirring regularly. Then purée (ATTENTION with seeds!).
- Add applesauce, chopped tomatoes and ketchup to the plum sauce.
- The sauce is seasoned with Worcester sauce, sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper. If necessary, dilute with water and / or thicken with tomato paste. Stir well and bring to a boil again.
Currywurst
- Fry the curry sausages, allow to cool slightly and cut into small pieces while still warm. (The pieces about 1 cm thick). Then put them in the sauce.
- Provide different types of curry powder for serving and leave the guests free to choose.
- The conclusion of every authentic currywurst is in any case the paper bowl including wooden gazebo.
