Delicious dessert: Chocolate semolina pudding
For about 6 people you need
- 200 g half-bitter chocolate
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 120 g of fine semolina
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- and the famous pinch of salt
preparation
- You need a big pot, it works best a coated, there is nothing burning. Or a large coated pan with a high edge.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in 2 tablespoons of boiling water in the pot. Always stir until it is dissolved.
- Then slowly add the milk and stir.
- Then let the semolina drizzle and the icing sugar.
- Cook over a low heat for about 3 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and either fill in a large mold or in small bowls.
- Allow to cool, in the fridge or on the balcony. about 1 hour, then the pudding is firm.
- It gets even better, if you melt some more chocolate and dribble over it. And a dollop of whipped cream can not hurt either.
- This dessert can be prepared well, it lasts two days - if no one knows about it.
