Delicious dessert for guests too

Here my supernachtisch - also ideal for guests:

1/4 liter of red wine
3 tbsp sugar
3 sheets of red gelatine
4 tablespoons hot water
1/8 ltr. whipped cream

Heat the red wine lightly in a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in it. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze, then dissolve in 4 tablespoons of hot water and add to red wine with stirring. Beat the cream until stiff, gently pour it under the mass when it begins to gel (has cooled slightly). Put the cream in the fridge for 1 hour. Simply delicious!
