Delicious grill marinade for steaks
Here for the upcoming barbecue time a quick marinade (ideal for steaks):
ingredients
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 Knobizehe pressed
- some cayenne pepper
- some black pepper from the mill
- Thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt
preparation
Mix the above ingredients and coat the steaks with the marinade while grilling.
