Delicious homemade tea tongues from puff pastry

Today I once again made our delicious Teezungen for coffee, they always taste great and are also very easy and fast prepared yourself.

ingredients

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 packet of paradise cream vanilla or to taste
  • 300 ml of cream
  • sugar
  • Chocolate for melting

preparation

  1. Cut the puff pastry into pieces about 10 cm long and 4 cm wide or in any other shape.
  2. Always sprinkle one side of the pieces with water and then squeeze in sugar, so that a lot of sugar sticks on the puff pastry and put it upside down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 15 minutes until it turns slightly brown are.
  3. Mix the paradise cream with the cream and spread over the cool tea tongues (on the non-sugar side).
  4. Now put all tea tongues a bit cool and then dip the side with paradise cream in melted chocolate and keep until cool. Also on the next day they still taste delicious.
