Delicious nacho salad (Mexican layered salad)

Everyone who has tried it so far is thrilled. So, just try the Nacho salad (Mexican layered salad)!
For 8 servings
ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 cans of corn
- 2 cans of kidney boh
- 1 bag of grated cheese (best gouda)
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 bottle of salsa sauce (for example from Knorr)
- 1 cup of cream fraiche or sour cream
- 1 bag of nacho chips (or tacos)
preparation
- Roast minced meat with onions, olive oil and garlic, according to taste, then place in a bowl and allow to cool.
- Then put a can of corn on top, then a can of kidney beans (wash off first) and half a bottle of salsa sauce on top. Then add a can of corn and a tin of kidney beans and the rest of the salsa sauce.
- Next, cut iceberg lettuce into small pieces and pass it over.
- The crème fraiche is spread on the last layer of iceberg lettuce, then comes the cheese.
- Last but not least, the nachos are minced and topped up.
- Possibly leave a quarter of the chips completely and decorate with them on top.
