Delicious nacho salad (Mexican layered salad)

For 8 servings

ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 cans of kidney boh
  • 1 bag of grated cheese (best gouda)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bottle of salsa sauce (for example from Knorr)
  • 1 cup of cream fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 bag of nacho chips (or tacos)

preparation

  1. Roast minced meat with onions, olive oil and garlic, according to taste, then place in a bowl and allow to cool.
  2. Then put a can of corn on top, then a can of kidney beans (wash off first) and half a bottle of salsa sauce on top. Then add a can of corn and a tin of kidney beans and the rest of the salsa sauce.
  3. Next, cut iceberg lettuce into small pieces and pass it over.
  4. The crème fraiche is spread on the last layer of iceberg lettuce, then comes the cheese.
  5. Last but not least, the nachos are minced and topped up.
  6. Possibly leave a quarter of the chips completely and decorate with them on top.
