Delicious pasta with salmon cream sauce

Total preparation time: 35 min.
One of my absolute favorite recipes, as it's fast, tasty and still relatively healthy!
ingredients
- 500 g pasta with spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine
- about 500 g fresh salmon
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- fresh dill
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
preparation
- Add the pasta water to a boil as soon as the water boils, adding salt and pasta
- In the meantime, cut the onions and garlic into small cubes
- Cut the dill into small pieces
- Cut the delicious salmon, not too small otherwise it breaks down faster
- Heat olive oil in the pan
- Sauté the onions a little later and add the garlic
- Add salmon and sauté. Careful, not too long, otherwise it will crumble!
- The noodles should be ready in the meantime. So drain the pasta water and add the onion-garlic-salmon mixture
- Now add the 1/2 squeezed lemon, cream and the dill, who likes can also add some pepper
- Stir and allow to "draw through" for about 5 minutes on low heat
- Good Appetite :)
PS: Stir well again before serving, as the salmon likes to hide down in the pot;)
