Delicious refreshment: sea buckthorn berry tea with ginger

I used to boil tea in the morning, let it cool down and drink it throughout the day. This saves a lot of calories and also money :-) you can actually take any tea. Currently my absolute favorite is sea buckthorn tea. The tastes really super delicious and is not as sour as many other fruit teas.

A very special note gets the tea, if you add, for example, in a tea-egg or similar fresh ginger pieces (depending on the taste about the amount that corresponds to half a thumb length) and then pull the ginger for one to two hours!

Simply a super refreshing and very healthy drink! If you like, you can of course add sugar or honey.
