Delicious rhubarb pie
My favorite rhubarb pie looks like this:
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of tasteless oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 packet of baking soda
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
Stir all ingredients well until the dough (he is quite liquid) bubbles, pour onto a baking sheet.
Clean the rhubarb with 7 sticks, peel it off, cut into pieces of about 2 cm, spread on the dough.
Sprinkle half a cup of sugar over the whole thing.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes until the cake is through and the sugar has crusted on top.
