Delicious seared scallops with salad

ingredients

  • Scallop (genus scallop)
  • salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • olive oil

preparation

  1. Wash the scallops under cold water.
  2. Dab with a Zewa.
  3. Now season with salt and pepper.
  4. Next turn the scallop (also called scallop) into flour.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  6. Fry each mussel for about 1 1/2 minutes from each side.
  7. Finished! And now you can enjoy it with your delicious salad.
