My dear friend gave me the recipe for witch sugar - delicious spice sugar and I have a great homemade gift!
I ordered the spices from an Ebay spice dealer.
ingredients
1 tsp
- anise
- coriander
- Cardamom
- cinnamon stick
- candied ginger piece
- vanilla bean
- grated orange peel
preparation
- Put everything in the blender and pulverize well.
- Add 500 g cane sugar and mix well, pour into a preserving jar.
use
- 1-2 teaspoons in hot drinks such as cocoa, tea or coffee.
- Also suitable for pastries, vanilla and chocolate sauce.
