Delicious strawberry pie

Great strawberry cake, sooooo delicious!
ingredients
dough
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 100 g of flour
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
cream
- 400 g of sour cream
- 150 g jam sugar
- 500 ml of cream
- 1 lemon
- 3 pck
covering
- 2 pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 kg of strawberries
- 1 Pck. Almond flakes to decorate the edge
preparation
- Clean and halve the washed strawberries. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and leave for 1/2 hour.
- For the dough prepare a mold with baking paper. Cut the edges clean.
- Put the vinegar and oil in a bowl with flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix the ingredients with a dough mixer.
- Evenly distribute the dough in the pan and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stir in a bowl of preserving sugar and the juice of a lemon for the cream until smooth.
- Beat the cream with cream stabilizer until firm, then add to the sour cream. Carefully fold.
- Sift the vanilla strawberries and fill up the remaining juice with water.
- Bring the water juice mixture to a boil and stir in the cake. Then cool well.
- Drop the bottom out of the mold and make a baking ring around it.
- Spread the cream on the cake bottom and smooth it out.
- Spread the strawberries on the cream and spread the cooled cake on top.
- The strawberry cake should be left in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Even better would be a whole night.
