Delicious - the Eimker
From my time in Eimke I know this "drink", very popular with dice games and the like. So, pour an iced vodka or clear into a frosted shot glass, then a slice of good salami, on a rosette sharp horseradish and in there a silver onion (from the glass).
The whole thing can be enjoyed like this: first carefully push the entire "lid" in the mouth, chew, chew, chew and when the tears come, the schnapps behind. Is divine and can be addictive. Try it and let me know how you liked it.
