Delicious Turkish Börek make yourself, cold and warm a pleasure.

Since my daughter had eaten so delicious Börek with a Turkish family and she wanted to make some herself, we had tried it tonight and found the result really delicious. We ate them with semolina dumpling soup, practically as bread.


Börek can also be used as a casserole, but we have chosen this variant. You can fill Börek with minced meat or else with sheep's cheese and spinach, depending on what you prefer. Most Turks buy extra Yufka batter, but we made the dough ourselves and here is the recipe.
