Descale well and cheap with citric acid
Expensive descalers do not have to be. Citric acid is wonderfully suited, biodegradable, extremely cheap and highly profitable.
Virtually everything can be decalcified with citric acid, coffee makers, water heaters, immersion heaters, faucets, shower heads and stainless steel pots, just to name a few examples.
It's not just about removing the ugly limescale deposits, but a lime-free heating element needs less electricity to make water boil.
citric acid can be bought everywhere, e.g. in Schlecker (250g for 2,80 Euro) or on eBay (3kg for 7,95 plus shipping).
