Dessert with peaches, spoon biscuit and cottage cheese yoghurt cream

This delicious dessert I've prepared today free muzzle. Maybe it's something for you too.

ingredients

  • 2 single packs of Sponge biscuits
  • 2 packs (250 g each) curd cheese
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt Cremoso from Lidl
  • 1 can of peaches
  • 2 bags of powder for custard
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar (more to taste)
  • Orange juice or jam diluted with water to soak the biscuits
  • Dessert sauce e.g. Passion fruit (French week at Lidl)
  • Casserole dish (I like to take the lid off my roasting pan for the crowd)

preparation

  1. Pour the juice of the peaches into a saucepan and cook a firm pudding with the 2 sachets of pudding powder.
  2. After cooling, stir in the quark and yoghurt.
  3. Also add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix.
  4. Dip the biscuits with the sugar side into the orange juice and place the casserole dish with the sugar side up.
  5. Spread the biscuits with a small portion of the cream and then spread the peaches cut into small slices.
  6. Now spread the remaining cream on it and smooth it out.
  7. Garnish with the dessert sauce and chill for a few hours. The longer it is before consumption, the softer the biscuits become.

You can certainly pimp with a liqueur o. Ä.
