My husband is a pudding fan. Then I came up with the idea to spice things up a bit.
So I cooked custard as usual, but stirred a dash of eggnog after cooking. The success was good. I also tried it with amaretto liqueur and redcurrant liqueur, with success.
The chocolate pudding I have refined with coffee liqueur and only with instant coffee, also wonderful.
So the imagination knows no bounds. Even with the addition of wine, each pudding tastes delicious.
If children eat, then just cook an extra helping and stir in juices, which also tastes delicious.
Had lunch guests today and they were thrilled, big and small.
