Do not release reply cards

Recently, a tip came on TV:

For sweepstakes there are thus answer cards (= you fill out the postcard, on the right side stands the receiver name and TOP DRÜBER stands "answer".)

As soon as "answer" appears on the card, you do not need to put a stamp on it, even if it says "please clear" (= the card). The recipient would like to have an answer in this case (eg an order card at Otto).

I always go over this comment and point with an arrow to the word "answer". Arrives without problems and is legally "fully in order"!
