Do not throw away books
During one of my eviction campaigns, I also landed at the bookshelf. Many already read several times, but now become a long-term parker in the bookshelf. Books throw away? - No, I can not handle that.
I set up a basket in my shop, the books in, a sign "to go". Over time it became a real exchange.
Many now take the opportunity to clear their bookcase and bring their books with them for the basket. Or bring back the books they have read.
Over time, it has gotten around and many are looking so pure. "May I quickly get the basket?" So the books have begun a real round trip and get their original meaning again.
