Dog feces deterrent
Dogs abhor perfumed substances in the same way as we dog droppings! So what could be better than distributing a cheap aftershave or cologne in (highly) diluted form with a spray bottle on the sidewalk? The effect lasts for days to weeks.
The dilution is perfect if we can just smell the perfume. For dogs with their fine nose, the smell is still daunting. You then prefer to go to a house :)
P.S. I love dogs, but not the reckless keepers who leave the legacy. They are one of the reasons for the rampant ineffective Leinenzwang!
