Dog Ice
As a refreshment in between for the dog is dog ice cream in the summer on hot days.
ingredients
1-2kg bovine disc, 1 bunch of fresh greens and 2 medium carrots not crushed.
preparation
Remove visible grease from the leg washer. Remove the marrow from the bone. It's too fat for the dog. From this one can produce for himself or the family Markklösschen. Wash greens and vegetables.
Then cook the leg slice in 2 liters of water for 70 minutes (in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes) without salt. Then add the greens and the carrots and cook for another 20 minutes (in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes).
Let everything cool and put the broth through a sieve in a pot and fill the broth into small freezer boxes or ice cube trays and freeze. Cut meat and vegetables into small pieces and also freeze them in portions for the dog. This can be mixed as a normal meal with boiled noodles, the soup vegetables, rice or potatoes and every 1-2 weeks to feed each with a portion of a thistle oil and finely ground egg shells mix and offer as a substitute for ready-made food in between the dog.
