Draft stop made of wool residues

The idea I had already seen this winter in the house of my girlfriend. She had unceremoniously knit many wool remainders into a hose (length approx. Door width) and placed this in front of the door to protect against drafts. Looks really funny and protects.

Just take 60 stitches, knit like socks and off you go. Then an old towel was rolled up and pulled in. Last but not least, she had attached it to the door with a few tacks, so it can not slip and is always in its place.

You can of course sew this strip (for sealing windows and doors) also from fabric remnants quickly.
