Dried pickled figs against constipation

Now and then it happens that the intestine is a bit sluggish. If the symptoms are not too strong or chronic, this natural home remedy helps to get the intestines on their toes: dried pickled figs!

They are rich in fiber that cleanses the intestines. At the first sign of constipation, eat 3 or 4 figs and then drink a large glass of water.
