Dumpling cutlet "Spezial"

Today something for real meat lovers - a pork chop in a very special way.

Per person we need:

1 pork chop, about 400 g heavy with rind (important!)

1 large tomato, 1 onion, 1 egg, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garden herbs, 1 pinch of hot paprika, 2 cl of Scotch whiskey, 1 tbsp of barbecue sauce,
1 slice of farmhouse bread

Slice the chop at the edge, sauté with salt and pepper and paprika powder in a little olive oil and then in the oven at 140 degrees for about 10 minutes!

Slice the tomato and fry in a little butter until it gets a little dark. Slice the onion and fry well. Add the onion to the tomato, garden herbs, flambé with whiskey, add the barbeque sauce. Roast a fried egg. 1 slice of farmhouse bread on the plate, chop on it, onion tomatoes on it, crown the whole thing with the fried egg. Who wants can cut off the rind before, I like it if it stays tuned.
