Recipe for dumplings

ingredients

  • 1 stale bread roll
  • 5 eggs
  • 400 g of flour
  • 1/4 l of milk
  • 1 tsp salt

preparation

  1. Soak rolls in milk and crush.
  2. Mix in eggs, flour and salt alternately, stirring until the dough throws bubbles.
  3. Cut off dumplings with the spoon and leave to stand in boiling salted water.
  4. Pour butter-wake-flour sauce (to taste).

To fit: fruit, cherries, applesauce.
