Recipe for dumplings
ingredients
- 1 stale bread roll
- 5 eggs
- 400 g of flour
- 1/4 l of milk
- 1 tsp salt
preparation
- Soak rolls in milk and crush.
- Mix in eggs, flour and salt alternately, stirring until the dough throws bubbles.
- Cut off dumplings with the spoon and leave to stand in boiling salted water.
- Pour butter-wake-flour sauce (to taste).
To fit: fruit, cherries, applesauce.
