Dumplings - homemade

Sometimes you do not have the time or the desire to make the bread dumpling yourself. You buy a finished dumpling dough but it does not taste as good as homemade.

My advice:

Take a large bowl, crumble half a roll or a slice of toast, whether fresh or old, pour a little boiling water on it, add a large splash of whipped cream to the finished product from the tin, chop well with your fingers, beat in a raw egg, salt and now dressermengen the finished dumpling dough.

Mix well, if the dough is too soft, add breadcrumbs and then let simmer in boiling salted water and at reduced temperature for about 15 minutes. The taste like homemade, really delicious.
