Durable filling for pies

Orange and lemon cream filling for cakes and pies (chilled for approx. 2 weeks).

preparation

  1. Place 80 ml of squeezed orange juice and 70 ml of squeezed lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Add 3 eggs, 125 g sugar and 200 g soft butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (beating). Allow to cool slightly. Finished.
  3. With this cream you can fill pies, cutlets or rolls.
  4. If you coat the surface with chocolate icing, lemon icing or simple icing, everything lasts about 2 weeks (stored cool).
