Durable filling for pies

Orange and lemon cream filling for cakes and pies (chilled for approx. 2 weeks).
preparation
- Place 80 ml of squeezed orange juice and 70 ml of squeezed lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Add 3 eggs, 125 g sugar and 200 g soft butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (beating). Allow to cool slightly. Finished.
- With this cream you can fill pies, cutlets or rolls.
- If you coat the surface with chocolate icing, lemon icing or simple icing, everything lasts about 2 weeks (stored cool).
