Dust mites - use heavy cold now: winter cold against mites

The tip is not new and I remembered when I saw the balcony of my neighbor. She is storing a few pillows there (packed in bags) and other things like carpet rugs, blankets (on a leash).

Allergy sufferers are advised to do anti-dust mites, the pillows for 24 hours in the freezer. Not all have a freezer (me not for example). In a report I read that these mites can survive 40 to 60 degrees in the washing machine - 24 hours of freezing cold but not.

I just pass that on because I saw it on Nachbarin's balcony today. Now you could take advantage of that.
