Dusting is annoying - a few tools
Dusting is a thing that you have to do again and again. Because dust keeps coming back. Here are some tips:
Use damp cloths to wipe. This prevents the dust from whirling up.
For computers and televisions worth an anti-static spray.
Put a capacitor in the apartment. Build a large capacitor in your room, preferably a large metal plate on each side, and connect each to a pole of a strong DC source. How big the tension must be, depends mainly on the size of the room, but must not be too high, so there is no rollover at high humidity. With me (3x4 meter room) go 80-90 kilovolts quite well. Do not forget warning sign, because touching hurts. Switch off once a week and wipe the collected dust from the plate. (interesting, not?)
Do not keep the apartment too dry. A few water bowls on the heater work wonders!
