Easy appetizers for the drink
At some point, you always have to celebrate your debut at a new job.
If you do not want to spend a lot of money and still want to score with home-baked, then this recipe is just right:
You need (for about ten colleagues):
- 2 rolls of puff pastry from the supermarket
- 2 packs of herb cream cheese (à 250 g)
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 200 grams of salmon
That's how it works:
- Roll up the puff pastry on the work surface. Coat completely with the cream cheese. Distribute the ham and salmon well evenly.
- Roll up the puff pastry again and cut into slices about the size of a thumb.
- Then bake in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Finished.
